I currently have three tenants living in the four bedroom house. There is 3 doubles and 1 single room. There is now double room available is £450 PCM all bills included(This includes a monthly cleaner).

The rooms are fully furnished is the house. Plenty of garage space if you wish to keep storage and front and back garden. The current tenants are working professionals and easy to talk to.

There is Wifi at the property but this is provided by one of the current tenants.

House is complete with a shared bathroom suite, living room and eating area. There is facilities such as washing machine, oven, cooker, fridge, microwave, kettle and plenty of cupboard space etc which can be used as and when you please. I ask is a month in advance on the day you would move in. I do a contracts for 6months to cover yourself if required. The House is a 30 second walk to local shops and bus stop that go's straight to city centre also 10-15 minute walk to York College & Tesco.

The room is available from 30th of July 2022.
