- Accomodation for students only (called Percy's Place), opened September 2018 so brand new
- £157/week includes all bills, internet etc. - now willing to reduce rent to £125/week and I will pay the remaining £32/week
- Fully furnished with a shared lounge/kitchen area (sharing with 4 other students) including dishwasher and flat-screen TV, as well as downstairs toilet
- Access to onsite gym, cinema, lounge, study room, laundry room and bike storage
- Reception area collects all parcels/post
- 5 minute walk into York city centre, 20 minute walk to Uni of York and York St. John
