I've got a furnished single room to let in my end terrace 3-bedroom house, situated on a quiet residential street in York.

There's a spacious shared newly fitted kitchen with all 'mod cons' (dishwasher, washing mashine, dryer) and a newly fitted shared bathroom with a bath/shower, toilet and washbasin. The lounge has a comfy reclining sofa and armchair. I have gigabit wireless internet, and I've also recently had double glazing fitted.

The garden is pleasant with a lawn and patio. There's a spare space on the drive and it's a 25 minute walk to the city centre, 10 minutes to York Hospital.

A little about myself: I came to York as an archaeology student and liked it so much I decided to stay in the city after graduation. I currently work for an insurance company in the centre of town
