I'm never really in the house until last thing on a night so very peaceful place to live. The house sits in holgate which is an awsome place to live and very close to town centre.
The house is no smoking but outside is fine for that. Love a good BBq in the summer too so good time to move in!!
The person who moves in will have full use of all the house and everything in it. Simple! The internet is 100mb fibre optic so mega fast.
My house is opposite a nice park on a quiet street. All bills are included to keep things easy, broadband too. The room is a double and freshly painted and contains a new divan double bed too Also has it's own full size private bathroom attatched.
Just want someone who pays without fail and likes to keep it tidy and respectful. You would need to bob in for a drink to appreciate the location of the house. Please call me as not always around to check messages. Thanks. Garry
