Beautiful Victorian House in central location

I am looking for a single, professional female to share my bright and sunny Victorian terrace, someone who wants peace and quiet.

The room is fully furnished and the rent covers all bills including the internet and cleaning.

The house has a large reception room with sitting and dining areas, a large upstairs bathroom and downstairs shower room. There is a spacious, modern kitchen. There is also an attic room for use as a sitting space/study or work area with a desk and chair.

Outside I have a lovely, sunny, south facing courtyard with seating areas and a locked bike store. I live in a very quiet area, near a pleasant park. On street parking is available in the street and is free. I can walk into York in 15-20 minutes and the main bus routes are at the end of the road. It's also a 15 minute walk to the station.
