I have a beautiful room in my large semi-detached house.

It is furnished (king size bed with comfortable mattress) and drawers plus hanging rail, shelves and chair.

You will have main use of the house bathroom (large bath with hand shower - not a stand up shower) and a separate toilet for your own use.

Shared use of lounge/diner kitchen and beautiful wildlife garden. There is also another separate lounge with a gorgeous log burner so you can also have private space outside the bedroom.

I love gardening, wildlife, nature and the outdoors. I'd like some company and maybe to share some meals etc but I also have my own life and you can have your own space.

I have two cats who are very friendly.

Large garage and shed for storing stuff. Also one other spare room for occasional guests.

Good local shops and easy bus routes into the City Centre. Very easy Access to A64. Plenty of free parking on the leafy street.

Bills included - council tax, water, gas, electric, broadband.
