This is a well maintained basement flat in the popular Bishopthorpe Road area, only 2 minutes to the shops and close to the city centre and station. The flat is renovated to a high standard and has a wetroom with shower, lounge, bedroom with king size bed, washing machine and kitchen with dishwasher. The right person/people for us will be very clean and tidy and respect the flat as if it was their own home at all times. We expect our tenant/s to ‘clean as you go’ in addition to the requirement below to pay for 1 hour’s cleaning per week and we have housekeeping rules to adhere to which are based around adequately ventilating the space. The flat also benefits from its own entrance and you are welcome to share our garden.
We also ask for £50 per month towards bills and one hour cleaning charge per week ( price to be confirmed). One months rent will be payable front the date that you move in.

You must give 4 weeks notice should you wish to leave.
