Double room available in central area

I may have to drop out of uni so I have a double room available if that is the case. I am posting to see if anyone would be interested at all, if I do have to leave.
The bedroom furniture consists of: wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk and chair, beside table, and double bed.
The flat consists of a bathroom with shower, bath and toilet, small kitchen, 3 bedrooms, separate toilet, little back yard, and shared living room.
My boyfriend and female friend live with me but they are happy to share with someone new if I have to go home. They are very friendly but also very quiet and mostly keep to themselves.
The rent is paid every 3 months and is £1759.82, next one is due on 26th of this month.
