Looking for someone to rent my spare room. Fully furnished room, double bed, wardrobe, chest of draws and bedside table.
Smoking not permitted in the house but happy with this outside.
Only one space for a car (mine sorry) but plenty of space at the side of the house to park. Car park also available between 5pm-8am.
Short journey to the city centre of York.
I rehearse 1-2 times a week and I am quite sociable so can be out a little bit and give you pace haha. Bills included.
