2 large bedrooms in a private house and safe area

Hi all!

I am looking for 2 tenants to rent 2 rooms in my house, I will be keeping one room to myself. Short/Long term lets are considered.

The house consists of 4 bedrooms, a bathroom and separate toilet, one very large kitchen-dining room, living room, downstairs WC and garage. The property also has a large wrap around garden and a drive way. The property can come furnished or unfurnished. To get this furnished may take a little longer, but we can work around this as I am quite flexible.

The area is all residential and safe, with local shops only 2 minutes walk away. We have the number 4 bus stop 2 minutes away too which takes you straight into town, and it takes less than 10 minutes to get onto A64 or A1237 by car.

I am happy to house any professional/student tenants as long as there is no smoking or alcohol in the premises. A contract must be provided with professionals, proof of study from students. Bills aren't included as it's a large property! I am happy to consider pets depending on what and how many they are!
