Flexible room available

Double, furnished room available from approx start of sept until February, in a semi detached house in a cul de sac in Woodthorpe, with off-street parking. The Station or city centre only 15/20 minute cycle, or bus stop is a 2 minute walk away.

The room is for a short term let only (until february). If you’d like it only mon-fri etc then we can work out the rent to reflect that! Happy for really short-term lets too.
Has dishwasher, washing machine, bills included, has fast broadband.

I work shifts so I sleep at sometimes awkward times, so it’s important my new house mate is quiet and considerate about this.
I am vegan and would prefer to live with someone who is also vegan or vegetarian, but this isn’t essential.
I have a cat who is very friendly, and who I’d like my housemate to feed if I’m away from home. I am open to people bringing pets but unfortunately no cats or dogs because my cat is quite territorial with these!

About me:
I enjoy being social with my new roomie- playing scrabble or cards, going for walks around the area, but equally happy with us having our own space! I’m happiest being outdoors from hiking to camping to cycling. I love sitting in the garden listening to an audiobook with a cup of tea, with the cat chasing leaves beside me.
