2 bed terrace house in Bishopthorpe Rd area

Looking to share my beautiful little home with someone. It has recently been renovated to a very high standard and I would like to find a tenant who will care for it as much as I do.

The room available is a spacious double room, with a large window letting in lots of light. It is furnished with a wardrobe, a huge chest of drawers and bed side table. It also has a useful, shelved fitted cupboard.

As I have a small en-suite in my room, the tenant will have mainly sole use of the downstairs bathroom. This has a gorgeous slipper bath with hand held shower, loo, basin and storage unit.

The house has a lovely living room with netflix and sky tv. I think the best part of the house is the kitchen and connected dining room. It is a wonderful large social space. It has a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer.

There is also a fully enclosed paved courtyard at the back- perfect for summer bbq's! There is free on street parking outside the house.

Bills are included.

I would consider couples but rent would be a little higher.

My job is an unusual set up as I work on a rota. Usually this is one week working away fully, followed by the next week at home fully. I also travel a lot with work, which means the tenant will have the house to themselves a lot of the time. Because of this its very important that I find somebody who I like and will respect my house.

When I'm here I have a small and very cute pomeranian puppy called Truffle. She is long haired so if you have allergies this might not be the house for you.
