This is a lovely spacious double bedroom on its own floor in a gorgeous new house. It is situated at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac. It comes with great storage, super fast broadband, a river view (which is in the garden) and a dedicated car park space. The floor is perfect for somebody who values their privacy whenever they want!

There's plenty of storage and comes with your own modern bathroom and there are 2 more shared bathrooms. You'll also have half the storage in the kitchen etc. I'm always looking to upgrade with stylish decor!

About the occupants: Just me and my girlfriend! I'm the 'live-in landlord' but more of a friend. Advertising for female preference as I find females easier to get along with personally. I think the most important thing for my future housemate to have somewhere to call home. I am a happy railway engineer who (pre-covid) spends as much time as possible out the house. I go travelling throughout the year and spend a lot of my time at work or training. I would love to have somebody who is caring and empathetic as I am to live with :)
