You would be sharing the bathroom with only one other as the 3rd room has en-suite facilities.

On the lower ground floor of a large Victorian house, with beautiful large garden and patio, in a quiet and fashionable neighbourhood close to the city centre.

There are late shops and takeaways within easy walking distance. It is a ten minute walk to the railway station with easy access to the cycle route to the university, and the bus stop is just around the corner.
This is a non-smoking flat-share with a well equipped kitchen with all utensils, crockery etc. microwave toaster, kettle, coffee maker and washing machine.

***There is an opportunity, If you have time available up to a maximum of 15 hours per week, to off set your room payment by helping out with the housekeeping and simple tasks around the house.****


Just to clarify, I live in a separate flat in the same house, so you are not sharing with me, but I am usually available when needed. I occupy myself mainly by gardening, DIY, travelling, and occasionally teaching English.
