Sadly my current housemate is leaving due to boyfriend commitments, so I’m looking for someone to take her room.
Comfortable double room, furnished with bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. Based on a quiet street, there’s always plenty of parking. It’s about a 10/15 minute walk to York Station, about 20 to get into town.
I’m a live in landlord. Very laid back. Would love to live with someone easy going and friendly. I have a pretty busy social life but try to make time to chill when I can.
All bills are included: Sky, Disney & Netflix too.
