All Bill's inc in monthly rent inclusive of Sky tv in all rooms via sky go and super fast broadband.
The house has 2 current housemates both very easy to get along with, so looking for a 3rd housemate to join our calm and friendly household, the house entails kitchen, dining room, seperate utility room, 4 bedrooms, shared bathroom and downstairs toilet. Off street Parking at the front and large enclosed back garden.
Bus route direct to the university is 1 min away, local shops and amenities nearby.
Pets will be considered though the rent would be adjusted accordingly.
