We are offering a 1 bedroom apartment in our home.
Myself and my husband currently live here full time, so we are looking for someone quiet and who is happy to keep to themselves.

If you’re looking for a party house then this probably isn’t the right place for you but if you want somewhere quiet in a brilliant location then let me know.

You’ll have your own double bedroom , bathroom with bath and separate kitchen/living room with oven, microwave and fridge.

The Entrance is through the main house but that’s the only space we’d be sharing.

It’s a fully modern, new build and never been lived in before so everything is brand new.

We can offer secure bike store but no car parking

Looking for a lodger and not looking to rent for more than 6 months at the moment.

We are 29 & 31 years old, I work in IT and James runs his own brewery in York.
