Large Double En-suite Room

A large double en-suite room available from 10 September 2024

- The room

There is a double bed, a wardrobe, a TV, a desk and a chair in the room. The room is located on the second floor and overlooks a garden at the back of the house.

- The kitchenette

There is a kitchenette on the ground floor. It is for lodgers only, shared by no more than two persons. There is a bistro table, two chairs, a fridge-freezer, an oven, a washing machine and a small electric hob there. It is a very small place but offers lodgers quite a lot of privacy.

- The house

The house is located in a quiet part of York, close to Foxwood shops about 20 mins away from York train station (bus 1 or bus 4). It is is extremely clean and quiet, and currently occupied by a very busy academic and two students.

- The rent

The rent includes all bills. The room, bathroom, and kitchenette are cleaned every two weeks (included in the rent).
