This is a spacious flat-share in an elegant Victorian house with beautiful large garden, patio and terrace. Close to the City Centre and 10 to 15 minutes walk to the railway station. The bus stop to all destinations is 2 minutes away and it is on the cycle route There are also late shops, restaurants and takeaways nearby.

Very suitable for someone who values a peaceful and quiet environment in which to study or work from home. Strictly non-smoking. Suitable for international, postgraduate and mature students looking for a limited period.

£170 per week (single occupancy) to include all bills and Superfast, Unlimited Broadband.

I live in a separate flat in the same house, so you are not sharing with me, but I am usually available when needed. I occupy myself mainly by gardening, DIY, travelling, and occasionally teaching English.
