Room in Lovely Home

I am looking for someone who is comfortable sharing my lovely home, so may suit a more mature person (preferably female but not necessary!). Would suit a professional who wants a quiet home rather than a more social flat share.

Located near the Knavesmire in a safe residential area.

Shared bathroom and kitchen available (plans to install an ensuite in a double room so this could be an option at a later date). Access to peaceful garden.

I'm sociable but also enjoy my own space. I am very active and enjoying climbing, cycling and hill walking. Would be good to have someone with similar pursuits or shared interests, but again not necessary.

Happy to let the room on a short term basis or mid week let for reduced rent.
