Looking for a 4th!

Hi! We’re looking for a 4th housemate to live with us. We’re 3 professionals living in Clifton, the house is a 15 minute walk from York city centre and about 10 minutes to the train station. York St John is about 15 minutes too, Uni of York is a bus ride away. We’re all sociable and get along, we like to go out, drink (I work in a bar so can get free drinks haha), watch movies and spend time with each other. The bedroom is on the first floor, it’s quite a small room but has a double bed. The house is fully furnished and has many facilities you’re welcome to use. We’re a welcoming bunch and may be best fit to a young professional or maybe a masters’ student. Let me know if you need any more info. Thanks!
