New build en-suite room in stunning location

I have a brand new double room with an en-suite. Stunning countryside location with parking and easy access to york, Leeds, Harrogate, knaresborough and surrounding areas. I can even make a private lounge available so only shared area would be kitchen and stairs. I’m quite private so not looking for a best friend, just someone to use the room during the week. I’m quiet and am looking for someone similar. WiFi, washing machine and such all included.
