Double bedroom available 1st October in a newly decorated Victorian terrace. I'm clean, tidy, respectful and sociable so looking for someone the same (female preferred).
Room can be fully furnished or unfurnished, this is also being redecorated and new bedroom furniture so excuse the picture. Ample storage, use of all items in the house. It would be £580 PCM including all bills. Currently having the bathroom redone so will be lovely and new. Yarden out the back which is secure and free on street parking, 20 minute walk from York station.
I work as an estate agent so out Monday-Friday through the day with the occasional Saturday. I love going to the gym, walking, wine nights, cooking. I am a sociable person but know when someone wants space.
