The Coal Yard York - student accommodation

It’s a spacious double storage bed en-suite room that is a part of a 6 room cluster, with a communal kitchen. The room is perfect but due to personal reasons I need to go back home and need someone to take over my lease ASAP. There is a gated community with on site maintenance, 24/7 cctv, WiFi, laundry services and a communal space. It’s also only a 10 minute walk to York St John University, a short bus ride to The University of York, a retail park with a Morrison’s at the end of the road and a 10 minutes to walk into the town centre.
