Small but pretty room with shared bathroom overlooking pleasant and private garden in a house off trendy Bishopthorpe Road in York. Walk to town, train station. Must love cats.

I am retired and work from home as a researcher and writer. I travel frequently and need someone who genuinely wants to be a friend to my loving siamese cat and look after her when I am away. I am open to other cat owners if they think their cat will be friendly to mine.

Must be non-smoker, trustworthy and responsible with excellent references.

Month deposit required; rent includes utilities and wifi.
