Room available for postgraduate in bright, pleasant, friendly, house, in Fulford (YO10).

Close to all amenities, transport, various shops and services, riverside, cycle tracks and walks into town and campus, in exceptionally quiet location. Initial contract is for 10/11 months, but may be renewed if desired.

Fully furnished for postgraduate living.

The house is centrally heated and double glazed and well maintained throughout.

The kitchen has oven, hob, fridge, freezer and washing machine, and all the usual appliances with a variety of utensils, saucepans, cutlery and crockery, etc.

There is a good living/dining room area which is a great socialising space for the tenants.

Excellent shower facilities

Up to date gas and electrical safety certificates, and Energy Performance Certificate. Modern boiler and heating controls. There are smoke alarms and carbon monoxide detector.

The room available is £124 , per week. You would be sharing with two other postgraduates currently studying at York University.

A security deposit of £450 is required (protected under an approved scheme as required by law) and rent is payable four-monthly/termly in advance. All bills (including water, gas, electricity, TV and broadband) are shared between housemates.
