The house has been completely and tastefully decorated in the last few years and benefits additionally from a huge garden, front yard and superfast Internet.
The house is a 15 walk to York University, 30 minutes to the city centre with a bus stop only 2 minutes away that will take you to both the city centre and the university. There is also an off-road cycle track nearby. A large convenience store and bakery only 2 minutes walk
I'm a live-in landlord and share the space with my cat :)
Any stays cannot be extended beyond 24th August 2022 - no exceptions I'm afraid!
Ideally I'm looking for a mature professional/postgraduate.
