Double Room in Rawcliffe York

We have a double room to rent in Rawcliffe. There is parking available on the road. We are located near the ring road so easy access in and out of York. There is also the Rawcliffe Park and Ride within walking distance that can take you into town.

We are looking for a housemate who is sociable, outgoing and will fit in with the current housemates. The current housemates are both working full time in the Education sector.

All bills are included except for water which is paid quarterly. The room is unfurnished, however our landlord may be able to help with the odd piece of furniture if needed.
