Room in quiet area near university

I'm looking for someone to share my flat & rent the spare room.
Would suit someone working at the university or hospital as on direct bus route into town.
There is a sport centre up the road with local small shops.
Must be ok with a cat as he lives here too.
Flat is furnished & has a well equipped kitchen.
Shared bathroom.
I'm in & out a lot with work, quiet but with a sense if humour.
Can be found on my bike or walking for exercise with a bit of yoga thrown in.
