Double bedroom in centre of York . April-July

Hi! I am looking for a replacement tenant to live in a beautiful spacious bedroom in a shared house in the centre of York, close to local amenities and York St. John University. Earlier move in can be arranged if/when the current lockdown is lifted to allow me to move my belongings out of the room. You will be living with 5 other students who are lovely. Bills are not included in the weekly rent of £110 p/w but have been sorted out already and cost no more than £30 per MONTH. This room would be ideal for students however the tenants don’t mind any other profession, as long as you can pay the council tax if you are not a student. The bedroom itself is on the top floor and has a large built in wardrobe with lots of storage, TV aerial etc. The house is beautiful and has a generously sized living room which is shared, as well as a bright kitchen with many cupboards. There is a bathroom on each floor (bath on bottom floor, shower on top floor).
