House is a short walk away from the city centre and Bishy (most instagrammed street). Within the area of Southbank we have a hairdresser, barber, a corner shop with a nice selection, a bakers and a fantastic buchers!
The rent is currently £255 with £80 on top of that for your share of bills.
House comes with a communal living room which currently has a TV and two sofa’s. The house also has:

We are a friendly group of people who enjoy spending time together as well as time away in our rooms. We are not massive drinkers or go out too often (before covid of course), however, two of us are smokers. We do smoke outside, so no need to worry about the house constantly smelling of smoke.
