The Apt has just been lovingly renovated to a very high standard to a beautiful and relaxing home, with Victorian panelling, new high quality kitchen and bathroom etc. The home has all mod cons like High speed internet, Smart LED Flat screen TVs in all bedrooms, 4 hob cooker, Intercom system, Fridge/Freezer, Dishwasher, Washer/Dryer, etc. The home also benefits with a very large mosaic bathroom with bath & power shower!
I have secure bike storage also.
Everything you need including all the crockery, cutlery, pots and pans in the kitchen, all you need is your own bedding!
There is access to 2 free off street parking spaces, the Apt is only max 5 min walk to City Centre where you will find all the shops & trendy bars, bus & train station etc. There are 4 gyms within 200-400m walk also and you have Morrisons and Asda within 1 minute walk.
Im looking for a polite, clean & TIDY housemate to share with lovely young nurse, who is sociable & like to go out on odd occasions for a drink & bite to eat with housemates but also respect each others space and privacy.
I have a WhatsApp group to make sure everyone keeps in touch & you don’t miss on any planned events etc. I also have other properties nearby where you have access to meet other young professionals also.
