Hi, I'm Richard. This is an extended three-bedroom semi and I have the converted attic, though I'm not often at home. I don't take any cupboard space in the kitchen, etc., nor are there many 'personal' items around the place. The place is fully furnished with all kitchen equipment, etc.

I am looking to share with tidy, quiet, non-smoking people. You are a professional or perhaps a mature student.

Bedroom 2 has an alcove with hanging rail and shelf, and the room has two windows. It is long and thin, so there is quite a lot of space at the foot of the bed.

Bedroom 3 on the south side with huge window to catch the sun.
