Housemate needed for July 2022

Hi, my friend and I are looking for a third housemate to live with us from July 2022 for the next academic year. The house has three bedrooms and one bathroom, the room available is the downstairs room and a photo of it is provided. We’re both really friendly and tidy! We love to have movie nights and a good drink and we also enjoy gigs! We are Creative Writing/Acting students at YSJ too, and the university is a 20 minute walk from the house.
