The village of Nether Poppleton has excellent public transport links to York ( First Bus 10, Park & Ride Poppleton & Poppleton railway station on Leeds- Harrogate line) and is close to the ring road/A64 whilst benefiting from being located in a beautiful and quiet village. There is a cafe, newsagents, post office, hairdressers, butchers & general stores within 10 minute walk. Also a lovely gastric pub serving tapas (Lord Nelson) within 5 minutes. walk. This is your nearest bus stop too.

The room has a comfy double bed and inbuilt wardrobe/drawers/dressing table/bedside tables. - heaps of storage.

All bills included (council tax, water, electricity & gas) plus very fast York Fibre Optic broadband. Professional cleaner (common areas) every fortnight.
