Beautiful attic room with ensuite in city centre

I am looking for a new housemate to move into our wonderful, city centre house. The room itself has a double-bed, spacious wardrobe and a decent sized ensuite. This was a conversion done in 2019 and as such it is all in excellent condition.

I am a 30-year-old English teacher, who shares this house with my brother. We are both sociable, polite and people who are similarly looking for a friendly, considerate flatmate.

My interests include music (don't worry, the house doesn't get too loud!), languages (I am an Italian speaker, if that's a boon to anyone), literature and film. In terms of living here; I think we're both very laid back and easy to get on with. In the past, I've always enjoyed cooking for flatmates and sharing a bottle of wine in the evenings.

There is parking available in the street, but the permit etc would be the tenant's responsibility.
