Sunny Furnished Single Room - York

Hi, I'm Robyn, my pronouns are they/them and I'm looking for someone to move in with me in September as my current housemate is moving to America to be with her wife. I'm renting a two bedroom terrace house, it's a twenty five minute walk from the centre of York and has a small yard out back and street parking at the front. I'm a fairly quiet housemate, usually reading in my room, though I do work late some evenings. I'm looking for someone LGBTQ friendly, easy-going, and hopefully someone who can be a good friend not just a good housemate!
