I am moving out of my en-suite apartment. The room is a single bed en-suite with a shower, desk and wardrobe/storage space. The room is £155 p/w with the next payment due on the 1st January 2022. The tenancy ends on the 16th July 2022. The flat is shared with 4 other housemates. The flat has a newly refurbished large kitchen including 2 sofas, a large TV, cooker, fridge etc. The accommodation also includes free use of a gym, a common room and games room. The accommodation has a secure door fob entry and 24/7 security. The accommodation is 10 minutes walk away from York St John University, a 20 minutes walk from University of York and a 5 minute walk to the town centre.
