2x Large and 1x small Rooms in York

Hi,

I've got three rooms to rent in York.
2x large rooms
1x small room

Bedroom1 - small room can use a wardrobe that is in a hallway to save space.

Bedroom2 has multiple built-in wardrobes and drawers

Bedroom3 has buit-in wardrobe and some drawers

I will provide the rooms with beds and some additional furniture if required.

all bills are included and I'm planning to use a cleaner everyfortnight to clean shared spaces (you have to look after your room).

Looking for people that are clean and quiet (be reasonable).

Virgin Media 500mbps on board.
TV + netflix in the dining room.
