Lovely spacious spare room

Lovely spacious room with double bed (the bed frame is not in the images but does exist), wardrobe, chest of drawers and a cheeky built in cupboard as well. As you can see these are the images of my previous housemates decor but I will update the images once I've finished painting the walls. Large bedroom with big bright window letting in lots of natural light. I have 2 lovely black and white cats called Rufus and Tiggy who will undoubtedly ditch me the minute a new person arrives... Fresh set if hands to make love them and all that. The cats will definitely appreciate another person around the house.

I work at Yorkshire Air Museum so I'm home by 5:30 most evenings and often have weekends off (it's nearly a normal 9-5). I like to keep the house tidy and clean but also understand what a lived in house looks like. There is a garage but it's near enough impossible to get a car in it but it's good for bikes and storage. I am in the process of making it a nice space for summer.

If we both get on and you like the room/house it's £50 to get a letter from my estate agents that allows you to live legally in my house. Basically so I'm not subletting. I think they may also do their checks but I'm not 100% on that and it only takes about a week to get back to you. Rent and bills all in is £533 each.
