Spacious, bright, airy, clean double bedroom

It’s a friendly, relaxed, clean, tidy family house. I have 2 dogs and 2 cats but keep the rental room pet free for you. This is family house, not a shared house.
The room is big and bright and on the ground floor. The pictures don’t really do it justice! There is no en-suite, it’s a shared bathroom.
The house is opposite a lovely park/gardens and tennis courts. It’s a fairly quiet area. There’s a shop, post office and cafe 50 yards from the house.
We do have a little yard and an allotment down the road for extra outside space.
Heworth is close to the city centre and a popular place for York Uni students. There’s a good regular bus route, the bus stop is a 1 minute walk from the house.
