Flatmate Wanted

Looking for a student/young professional to share this two bed flat, located at Centurion Square, Skeldergate, York, YO1. Centurion Square is a stunning development located close to the River Ouse in the heart of York's historic centre.

The Flat is located in York City Centre within easy walking distance of the train station (10 mins), Sainsbury's Micklegate (2 mins) and a number of bus stops with routes to retail parks and the University of York (Bus 66 & 67) around a five minute walk. There are a number of gyms nearby, including Emperors Gym located on Skeldergate. There is plenty of green space nearby, including Museum Gardens and Rowntree Park.

The flat is located on the second floor, fully furnished and has great shared living space - there is a communal garden on the ground floor with secure bicycle storage. The flat has lift access & there is a caretaker/security on site who will collect your parcels if you are not home.

Within your room you will have a double bed with a large wardrobe, cabinet, two bedside tables & electric wall heater. The ensuite bathroom includes a toilet, sink and shower. The shared living space is furnished with two comfy sofas, a TV & a fully fitted kitchen with appliances, including fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle & a washer/dryer.

I am currently a student at the University of York, studying for a masters degree, so a flatmate who is sociable and enjoys a quiet drink, coffee dates and the odd night out would be preferable. I follow a plant based diet, so a vegan or vegetarian flatmate would be nice, however my current flatmate is neither.

-Long term flatmate (6 Months Minimum) with contract.
- Rent is £550 per month- paid in 6 month instalments of £3,300. First payment will be due before 14th February.

- Bills (Electricity, water & internet) = Approximately £100 p/m
- TV licence not included
- If you are not a student you will need to pay council tax

There is no parking space included with the flat, but there is the option to rent a parking space as long as there are some available.
