Room Available Now

Hi, I'm moving out and my room is available for renting now. Unfurnished but a new fridge-freezer , microwave, dishwasher and pretty much everything else shared has been provided by my housemate who you'd be living with. New carpets have been fitted and the house is in great condition, and in a lovely location near Rowntree Park and the Bishy road shops. 1 months rent in advance is required and then monthly payments of £450, and a deposit of £520. The previous bills package was £96 a month but it's been changed to accurately match energy usage, so will probably be less, and the WiFi is £13.50 a month. You can move in immediately and the referencing process only takes a week. That's everything:) Please let me know if you are interested or want a viewing. I can't afford to rent two places at once so I'm looking for someone to move in asap. Thanks!
