Hi I am the landlord of a 4 bed house in Bad Bargain Lane. The rent is £199pppw, £857.60per calendar month for the remaining room. Water, broadband, tv license, gas and electric are included with a fair usage policy on the gas and electric. I am looking for a non smoking student who is respectful of the quiet nature of the other tenants. Room 2 has a full double bed, desk, chest of drawers, wardrobe and built in shelved cupboard. The house has 2 washrooms one with bath including overhead shower and the other is newly fitted with a shower cubicle. Both include toilet and basin. There is a large lounge with TV , table and 3 piece suite. The house comes fully furnished with all kitchen equipment, and white goods including washing machine, fridge/freezer and separate freezer.
