Looking for someone to take over my room ASAP due to myself moving out due to personal circumstances. You would have the house from whenever you move in up until early September 2022 (this year).
The house is 5-10 minute walk from York St John's University and the room is upstairs at front of the house, spacious with desk, double bed and wardrobe. Rent is paid quarterly. (You would only have to pay for the next two quarters in March and June).
You would be living with two people. (1 girl, 1 boy) both friendly.
