Double Room in Vegan Household

Hey,

We are a 27-year-old couple with a dog and a cat, looking for a vegan housemate to rent our spare room.

The room was previously used as an office, but can be offered either unfurnished or it can be furnished with a double bed and chest of drawers. There is also a built-in clothing rail.

The house offers off-road parking and multiple buses to the city center within a 2-minute walk (Number 1 & 5).

The room will include all bills, including high-speed internet (1Gbps) and a cleaner to come once every two weeks to clean communal areas.

Communal areas will consist of a bathroom/shower, kitchen, and dining room. My husband & I will mostly either be in the home office (loft conversion) or our private living room/extension, where the dog will also be kept, allowing you to be mostly private in the rest of the home.

The rent will be £500 per calendar month.

The move-in date is flexible.
