The property is a terraced house on Linton Street and is 1.5 miles from the train station in the city centre, a 7 minute car journey and comes with a double bed & mattress, small chest of 3 drawers and a mirror.

All of your bills are included in the £650/month rent. This includes gas, electric, water, council tax and WiFi.

There is currently a male and female physics student living in the house (coincidental), aged 22 and 24, for your reference. She is moving out though - hence the room Ad!

I don’t drink alcohol often and so would prefer if you were not a heavy drinker.
