Double room in two bed terrace house

Furnished double room in two bed terrace house.
Close to the station/city center,
On street parking (no permit - very easy to get a space )

I am from York, I currently work at a gym/climbing wall and clean at a few different places. I'm quite outdoorsy and like to get out in to the countryside when I can.
I look after my adorable family dog quite regularly .

The house is very near to nice open outdoor space. town is a sort walk away along the river.

Bills included.
I like to keep the Kitchen and bathroom clean/ tidy.
