Clean, tidy and cosy house with lovely garden available from 1st March 2026. Double bed in room and other furniture (chest of drawers, wardrobe, armchair). Very easy access to city centre and main roads to A59, M1, A19 and A64. Good transport links including quick bus route to city centre and train station. A 15 minutes cycle ride into the city centre.

Ideal for for professionals or students working or studying in the local area but have a home elsewhere. The rent is £500 a month for a Monday to Friday let. Willing to negotiate rent amount if the room is required less than four nights a week. Short-term let available for £170 a week.

I provide bedding and towels. There is space to keep belongings.

Must be ok with animals as I have a well-behaved dog and an elderly cat. Looking for someone who is considerate, quiet and tidy. The let is only for single people.

Am happy to have some social time but also respect the need for space / privacy.
