Room near uni

Hi I’m Stuart,

I have a large double room for rent, preferably to a professional. The house is a mid terrace 2 up 2 down, so the rooms are an equal size, with the kitchen and bathroom built on to the back. There’s an outside space that catches the sun in the afternoon with a shed for secure bike storage and extra freezer space. It’s in a cul-de-sac off Hull Road, within 2 minutes walk of the Co-op, a bus stop at the end of the street and 10 minutes walk to the uni. There is on-street parking available between 6pm-8am or with a permit (not included in the rent).

I’m 28 and work full-time. I have a small dog, a very friendly working cocker spaniel.
